To ensure your package is delivered on time, please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. An incomplete or incorrect address may result in delivery failure or delays.

Providing a correct and deliverable delivery address is the customer's responsibility. HEORSHE is not responsible for package returns or undeliverables due to incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid address information.

If your package is delivered to a designated pickup point (e.g., a parcel locker or local agent), you are responsible for collecting it promptly. HEORSHE is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to collect the package in a timely manner.

2. Order Completion and Delivery Proof

An order is considered complete when the carrier's tracking information shows that the package has been delivered.

If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not yet received your package, please contact the carrier and your local post office directly for inquiries, as they have the most detailed delivery records.

3. Need to update address?
